After resolving the reservation misspelled surname, we enjoyed all the services we expected.

Pros: After resolving our leaving the hotel at the request to go somewhere else due to a reservation misspelling of my surname the hotel provided all the services we expected.

Cons: The way check-in was handled by recommending that we leave the facility (which we did) before the situation was resolved. We have experienced misspellings of my surname at other lodging locations, but this is the first time we have been asked to go elsewhere.

Nice breakfast everyday they have a new menu for breakfast.

Pros: Close to shopping restaurants is within walking distance.

Cons: The bed is not comfortable it does makes noise when you move turn around when sleeping, pillows is very thin have to hold in half to make me sleep better.

Pros: Good locations near lots of restaurants. Good breakfast, but earlier breakfast time would help for us working weekends. We miss it every time so breakfast included is just a higher cost overall. Really like having a bathtub option

Cons: Breakfast starts to late to be of any value

Great location and around great restaurants and a decent price

Pros: We visit the area for events at Thunder Valley and the location is wonderful.

Cons: We don’t have any dislikes

I greatly appreciate the tub shower option in the rooms.

Pros: Location was good for work as well as restaurant variety in the area. Also having a noon, check out time was exceptionally helpful for work.

Cons: Breakfast selection was not exceptionally appetizing with turkey bacon. Everything else was good options.

Pros: Everything was great. Location, price, staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, size of room, good breakfast.

Cons: No longer offers shuttle to Thunder Valley, new $10 charge for parking in a huge lot shared with Chili’s and another hotel.

It was all in all a great place to stay, has plenty of places to eat and entertainment close by

Pros: Breakfast and location was great and better than most.

Cons: I didnt dislike anything. I would say having cold water in their market would have been nice
