Definitely coming back to Home2 and telling my friends and family to use this hotel for our concerts

Pros: Location was perfect to attend the Thunder Valley Concert Venue. The breakfast was exceptional for being also free! Unique and innovative design in the rooms and the shower head had strong pressure! Loved the 24hr coffee and hot water! Staff smiled and texted great info!

Cons: I think there should be a shuttle service to Thunder Valley for concert nights only. Also, Im vegetarian and needed to know what was in the omelets at breakfast, so maybe a notecard saying what they are?

The location was very convenient. Had a great night sleep very quiet will definitely stay there again.

Pros: The property was very nice. The staff was very nice very clean. Good breakfast.

It was a wonderful stay.

Pros: The lady at the reception desk was excellent. Also, the hotel itself was beautiful.

Cons: I do not see any improvements. If I could ask for something, I would be more than happy to have free bottled water in my room. Also, I didn't know how to use the Wi-fi at the first time, so it would be nice if she explained it in advance at the front desk.

Nice holiday hotel stay.

Pros: It was convenient to travel to the casino. Also the room was clean and comfortable. Staff greeted us upon arrival and everyone displayed good customer service.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Breakfast was great, however the weekend I was there two kids teans were there. They ate up everything.you know how kids are.

Cons: Nothing, all was great. In fact I understand there is a Hilton membership program . I will research, however I noted that only a few Home Suites in program.

I’ve come back to stay many times and I am very happy to be a return customer.

Pros: I always like the location of the property and I like the room layout. It’s very updated and nice for business travel.

Pros: This was my first stay, but it won't be my last. Everything looks bright, pretty, and new at this location. Very clean. The assistant manager, Jacob, was so pleasant and accommodating. In fact, all staff I encountered during my stay were pleasant and ready to help. Room rates everywhere are high, and I did grumble to myself about that when deciding where to stay. So glad that I chose Home2 Suites.

Pros: the reception guy was very Fridley and professional because of him I said i will book there next time BUT after the bad experience I had with the the employee at breakfast area (she) so I changed my mind.

Cons: the employee at breakfast area (she) was unprofessional acting and taking to guests. she wasn't organize then she came to tell me why do you use a glass cup for waffle she wanted me to use paper cup and there was no paper cup and no label to tell here is the cup for waffle. I won't book there anymore and don't refer people.

I liked the Eco Friendly plates and real metal silverware in the room and at breakfast.

Pros: Nice location near top golf. Plenty of restaurants near by.
