Shaver Lake Village Hotel

Will definitely come again, great for family travel. Worth the visit if you are in Shaver Lake.

Pros: Cozy, clean, centrally located. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well kept rooms and grounds even during snow storm. Plowed parking lot.

Cons: WiFi signal wasn’t always available, but it was during inclement weather, so I am thankful for any connection. The place of very good and family friendly.

Loved my little cabin, it was very private, clean and comfortable! Will definitely come back!

Cons: Staff wasn’t very welcoming, not much of a greeting, they sort of just stare at you. Could use some customer service skill classes for sure and it would’ve been great, they have a great business and it could be ruined by something as simple as a that. Not too bad though.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. The few issues that we had they were able to solve for us.

Cons: Was pricey but we knew it would be with the location. It could definitely use new carpet (turned our feet black) & a paint job inside the bathroom

Pros: Had a great time with my family staying at this Hotel, next time I would like to try a cabin or family suite.

Pros: The staff who checked us in was super friendly and let us know what is open around in the area in case we wanted to grab a bite to eat. She also let us know that we can get a small discount at the restaurant across the street if we let them know we are staying here. We were welcomed to walk around the property or to check out the fire pits. The rooms were clean and definitely had a cabin feel which I love. The bathrooms were nice, water pressure and heat were good too. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room which definitely came in handy. I love that there was a small dinette table in the room! It kind felt like a cozy mini home.

Cons: The hotel rooms rooms were quaint and rustic, which is super cute, but we did have a small issue with mosquitoes in the room and pretty big/thick spider on the side of the bed. I totally understand we are up in the woods and thankfully, we had bug spray with us. My family that stayed with me couldn't quite get some good sleep after that. I knocked out like a rock.

Perfect spot to stay before a day of skiing.

Pros: Manager was super nice. We were a later arrival and manager called us about 15 minutes before the office closed to inquire about our arrival time and explain after hours procedures. Very thankful for that as it was our first time staying. Sometimes a simple phone call like that will ensure future bookings.

Pros: The cabin was amazing! Super cute and comfortable! The staff was amazing! I loved the fact that they had DVDs to watch! The atmosphere is great!

Pros: It is very close to everything . Clean and nice facility.
