Victorian Inn

Very happy. I’d stay there again.

Pros: Staff were friendly & so helpful. Room linen was fresh & clean. Location & price Awesome.

Cons: Floor needed a mop otherwise it was Great.

Comfortable old school motel.

Pros: Nice old school motel room, clean and fresh smelling

Cons: Ice only available when the office was open, not 24/7.

Pros: Convenient location for Sparks with interesting room decor made a welcome change from the usual suite style rooms. All the staff were most helpful and welcoming.

Cons: Lightning in the room could be a little brighter

Victoria Inn for a good night's stay in Crescent City.

Pros: Victoria Inn is well located in Reno. The city has good supermarkets within a short drive from the motel. The facilities and comfort of the room is good.

Cons: An unusual thing in my experience is the need to pay $150 deposit on arrival, which is apparently refunded within 6 days. A general comment for all motels is that I like a kettle so that I can make a mug of tea in a couple of minutes.

The price was great and the room was very comfortable. We will stay there next time.

If I again need to stay in Reno, I would call to see if there was a room available at the Victorian

Pros: The room was clean & decent sized. It had 2 beds & a small table w/2 chairs. There was a coffee pot w/a good amount of coffee pods, sugar & creamer. There was also a small fridge & microwave. The location is close to the highway, fuel & eateries.

Cons: It seemed to me that there was a need for some TLC, paint & the tub although useable, needed to be replaced.

I would stay here again in October

Pros: I went to work on my book. I told the cleaning staff that I would not need their attention while there, except to supply towels and othe necessities. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. I was able to make great progress on my writing, and I could not be HAPPIER with the choice I made . When I travel to the Reno area,, I will ALWAYS choose the Victorian Inn! It is walking distance from the Nugget and other local venues--including a theater and restaurants. In addition, it's just a short ride to Target and Costco--where I bought most of my food. I only ate out once, at the Chophouse at the Nugget, which I highly recommend! (Don't forget, it gets overbooked with reservations and only opens at 4. But I got a great seat near the bar, without a reservation, and had a lovely time!) It;s walking distance from the Victorian Inn, so you can enjoy your EXCELLENT cocktails and walk back to the Victorian. I could not have chosen a better lodging!!

Cons: Next time I will choose a room with a kitchen-style counter. I did fine with the bureau. but a true counter would be ideal.

Pros: Nice location. And clean room. It's comfortable to stay. There's free coffee in the room. And a mini cooler and microwave.
