Pros: There was a mistake with my reservation and the girl who was checking in helped me get everything right. Throughout the process she was very kind and struggled to find a suitable solution. The cleaning staff also did a good job and were very respectful.

Cons: The double beds were very small. They didn't seem to be Queen.

Pros: Room is spacious and breakfast being provided was great for the skiing activities we intend to do

Great and cosy stay.

Pros: The hotel is at Lake Tahoe area, and is near supermarket and restaurants. It also provide free parking. The breakfast comes with waffle and pancake machines. There are fridge and microwave oven in the room.

Great value venue in a great location

Pros: Location. I needed inexpensive accommodation close to another venue and Quality Inn was perfect. Breakfast. I forgot that it was included in the cost and was pleasantly surprised when I found people eating breakfast in the sunshine. There was a wide choice of food from cereals and pancakes to eggs, burgers and bagels but not my personal preference - plain yoghurt, fruit and granola. Room. Perfectly fine and spotlessly clean. All the amenities including a microwave.

Cons: Only the breakfast food. It was OK; lots of it but not (for me) very appetising.

Pros: Clean rooms, the apartment is slightly old though. Beds are comfortable bathrooms were clean and fresh.

Cons: The building is a bit old and carpets are slightly old.

Great stay, great staff!

Pros: Friendly reception staff. Good Breakfast, especially the waffles! Good Gym/pool/hot tub Location: walk to the discounted (with voucher) private beach or Heavenly Village.

Cons: It needed a little maintenance in places (out of order washing machine, gym equipment)

Great Holiday Accommodation

Pros: Basic room but was comfortable and had everything need plus a nice little balcony and free parking. While we didn't see it, the gym was excellent and pool and spa also looked good. Also a communal kitchen facility is provided for guests of deaired. Breakfast was also a good variety and quantity. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and Heavenly Village.
