Pros: Nice large room, comfy clean beds, nice bathroom, food was good.Pool looked nice but didn't have time to use it. Overall it's a nice place, just needs a few tweaks.
Cons: No room cleaning during our 2 nt stay.2 bars closed as it was mid week, very disappointing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Layout is a bit confusing and took me ages to find ice machine.

When returning to this area, we will stay at this hotel again.
Pros: Large hotel with a casino but very quiet during our stay. Huge parking lot. Staff responded very quickly. Great playroom for everyone - perfect when traveling with a child or teenager. Breakfast was extra but very tasty.
Cons: Breakfast was paid separately.

Lovely resort and value for money as a stop off on way to Yosemite
Pros: Room facilities were excellent and it was super clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable it was like sleeping on clouds! Staff were friendly and attentive.
Cons: Dinner at TWLV was a bit disappointing/ came out a bit cold, but I’m sure if I raised this it would have been rectified. We were just tired and needed to go to bed.

Would definitely return!
Pros: We had food in the restaurant and it was lovely. Comfy, BIG rooms. 2 sinks in the bathroom, and a huge walk in shower. Extremely clean all around. The pool was lovely too, and there is plenty of space for sunbathers.
Cons: Gym facilities a little lacking.

Great hotel and facilities in a great location
Pros: The food was really good across the restaurants offered. The rooftop bar had a great vibe with a live vocalist. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Food and beverage costs were not inflated which was great.

Nice little overnight stay
Pros: Location was convenient as going to skiing trip to Dodge Ridge. Hotel was brand new, super nice rooms, nice restaurants and there were small arcade games for kids as well. And we saw that there will be pool area soon!
Cons: Adults Casino was confusing. We are not gamblers, but wanted to try, but it seemed that you just press the button, don't understand anything about what machine is doing, and then you either win or loose. It would be nice to have more shops, restaurants and something to do with kids.

Excellent value for money
Pros: The resort exceeded expectations, rooms are even better than in the official photos. Resort is brand new, rooms are super spacious, clean and well-equipped. AC is rather quiet compared to most hotels in the US. Plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. An unexpected gem during our trip because the value for money was outstanding.
Cons: It's a bit in the middle of nowhere, that's the only reason I'm not giving this resort a 10 because otherwise it was a great stay!

Great little getaway
Pros: Love the rooms and the staff are great View from our balcony was lovely
Cons: One young female bellperson. When we checked out. She wasn't like the rest of the staff here. She was unfriendly. Not well kept and frankly not much help. I tipped her well even if she was unfriendly and totally no help with our bags and my mates wheelchair.
