Pros: As one of the more affordable places in Mammoth Lakes, I came with no expectations, but ended up returning here twice during my holiday. Great location if you come without a car: restaurants, bakery, sports shops within walking distance, town trolley stops nearby, so the rest of the town is also easily accessible. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast great. They also held my resupply bag while I was out hiking in the wild. Will consider returning in the future.

Pros: Cozy little room, large private terrace (not very clean though, chairs all dirty), comfortable large kingsize bed, TV with several movie channels, nice fridge, very friendly and helpful staff (Patsy), plenty of restaurants closeby, free coffee in the lobby, breakfast included, jacuzzi available, quick checkout (you just leave the key in a basket)!

Cons: No Smart-TV, too many stairs and no elevator (exhausting if you have a heavy suitcase), old and uncomfortable shower, several things broken or not at modern standard anymore (fridge doorhandle, window, toilet paper holder, shower, lamps), no toilet brush... Can't say anything about the breakfast, because I preferred to sleep longer...
