Yosemite Plaisance Bed & Breakfast

A very homely stay

Pros: The location is great for the parks. The host is lovely and makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast and lunch time snack is wonderful. Definitely recommend

Perfect pit stop and made our trip to Yosemite.

Pros: So glad I booked this place. Really comfortable room, the beds are just the best and has everything you need and more. Mariposa cute little town but restaurants close by 9, so go out early! Helene’s advice made our trip to Yosemite. Thank you! The breakfast is just out of this world and it kept us going all day at Yosemite. There was a hummingbird in the garden as we ate the following morning. Just wished we had a couple of days at the park - next time!

Quiet, cosy and friendly stay in Mariposa

Pros: Our amazing host Hélène greeted us warmly on arrival, even though it was later in the evening when we got there. The room was very spacious, clean and cosy. Bathroom had everything you needed, and the lovely shower was appreciated after long hiking days. The bed was incredibly comfortable and very big. Breakfasts were delicious each morning, and the host even made us yummy snacks for our days in the National Park. The location was excellent if you have a car as you get a scenic drive in and out of Yosemite each day. Also walkable into the centre of Mariposa, where there are lovely shops and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing. Our stay was perfect.

Cozy place close to Yosemite

Pros: The place is close to Yosemite (1 hour drive) in nice small town. It is very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Nice host lady.she gave us local recommendations and cake for lunch. We felt like at home!

A delightful stay

Pros: A cozy accommodation with a wanderful guest, a cute garden, comfortable rooms each with their own parking space and patio with sitting space. The home made breakfast, made with fresh ingredients every morning, the best we had in our road trip in California. My husband is gluten intollerant, and our guest made even the effort of making gluten free pancakes for him! We were delighted by our stay, Mariposa is a cute city, just an hour drive from Yosemite National Park main entrance.

Cons: Nothing, everything very nice. It takes one hour to drive to Yosemite, but the quality of our stay was a compensation for it!

Pros: Very quiet, comfy bed, lovely host, awesome breakfast with home made bread, jam, sweet treats, and hummingbirds (the last one for watching not eating).

Pros: Nice and clean B&B in walking distance from restaurants. Very kind and helpful owners. Great breakfast and beautiful patio to enjoy it.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Quiet location, walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Hélène and Ron are very friendly and gave us useful information for the trails in Yosemite. Delicious home-cooked breakfast with extra pastry treats “to go”. Our son has multiple food allergies. We were asked in advance about dietary restrictions and Hélène prepared a full special breakfast for him! Great hosts! Highly recommend it!

I enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting and staying there again.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious both days, the host was pleasant and very nice. I appreciated all the information on things to do in town.
