Great views and a great area to visit

Pros: Really lovely property overlooking the lake. We were 3 friends on a road trip and really loved this stop. Kernville had some great food and drink stops (notably the saloon and the brewery) and the tubing down the Kern River was a great activity. Driving distance to the trail of 100 giants if you wanna check out the big sequoias, there'd been a lot of wildfire of late when we went which was a bit of a shame but still got some amazing views on the drive. The property itself is comfortable with everything you need, would definitely stay again

Pros: Everything. Location was brilliant. View was to die for. A perfect cosy cabin. We stayed as a 6 )3 adults and 3 children (all toddlers)) and it was excellent. Warm, cosy very well stocked with all the bits you don't have when travelling if you're cooking. Excellent sized rooms. Without a doubt, if we travel back to the area we would stay here. Hosts were fab too, excellent communication and left lights on as they knew we would be arriving at night to make the cabin easier to find.

Cons: Genuinely nothing.

Views and Comfort!

Pros: The view from this home is absolutely beautiful. The patio was a fantastic place to sip on your morning coffee and enjoy a nice dinner with family. The home was super comfy and clean. One detail I really appreciated was the bedding. Really good Egyptian cotton and a comfortable sleep in the bedrooms made for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The couches reclined as well. I highly recommend this home for a peaceful, comfortable getaway.

Cons: There is no complaint about the property, everything is perfect.

Loved the cabin and made you feel like your home.

Pros: Gorgeous view of the lake and mountains with a fire pit to use at night.

Cons: Main bedroom frame was noisy and a little bit uncomfortable.

Heerlijk verblijf in leuk plaatsje aan prachtig meer.

Pros: Wat een lekker huis en wat een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de veranda. Een heerlijke afwisseling tijdens onze trip door het westen van de VS, na een aantal (meestal) moderne hotels.

Cons: Je kiest bij deze locatie voor een gemoedelijk huis op leeftijd. Verwacht dan dus ook geen hypermoderne kamers met nieuwe bedden. Helaas waren er direct voorafgaand aan ons verblijf bosbranden in de buurt. De kortste weg naar onze volgende bestemming was daardoor nog afgesloten.

Pros: Sehr schöne Lage in den Bergen, sehr ruhig. Perfekter Ausblick auf den See. Viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen, Kicker und sonstige Spiele. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Cons: Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können.
