Pros: Location was suited to our needs. There are a number of options inside the hotel for food as a result we did not have to leave. The beds were comfortable and the room reasonably sized.

Great value hotel with a ton of facilities you wouldn’t expect.

Pros: Clean, well maintained property. Mel’s diner is open 24/7. Peet’s coffee on premise. Fun Zone/Arcade is great for kids. Good location if you’re skiing close to Truckee/Donner. Well priced.

Cons: Smell of smoke in the lobby areas.

I was very pleased with the hotel, will stay there again for sure

Pros: clean room, quiet, comfortable beds, 3 restaurants (we went to diner), fun center with a lot of activities for kids

Cons: The parking lot could have been cleared of snow better (I understand that there was a snow storm 3 days ago).

Very good stay, staff were friendly

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly, pretty clean for a casino, we stayed 4 nights but only thing were the mattress were so hard my shoulders, hips knees pain big time. Got the jacuzzi tub so that came in handy. Overall a great experience.

Pros: The room was great. We were upgraded to a suite, so we had plenty of space.

Cons: It was a trek to the north tower elevator, and seemingly no shorter way than through the front, around through the casino and past all the restaurants.

We ended up staying an extra night during our layover towards Boise. It was perfect.

Pros: The location was great for us because we were traveling through and didn’t need to be in Reno. The gas station is close by and the hotel is nice with an all night restaurant, gambling, a pool and nice staff.

Cons: Nothing.
