Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was noisy but we agreed to have one on the side near the road

Pros: Enjoyed the friendly people. Ive never stayed there before and they gave some suggestions on local spots for eating,and walking around, andI enjoyed visiting old downtown

Adequate

Pros: This was a last minute decision and Auburn house came up fairly early in the post. We travel ALOT and most of that travel is by backpack and trails so a warm, dry place and a hot shower is all we were after. The shower had a very high pitch whistle to it when running the hot water and the water flow is so low that it took the toilet almost 30 minutes to refill the tank. All the while making a similar high pitched sound as the shower.

Cons: Maintenance needs to be in the rooms more often making sure that the toilets flush and the shower does not have high pitch squeal while showering. The remote was missing from the room so they had to replace the entire module for the tv. Kept saying the remotes only work with the one module except someone was changing the channels on our TV with their remote.

The staff was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. i ejoyed my privacy, very comfy.

Pros: i enjoyed the pleasant and helpful staff, there was plenty around to get what i needed at a short walking distance. There was brownies, popcorn, coffee and a nice sitting area in the lobby. there was a small but comfy breakfast cafe very close to my room, stocked with breakfast treats. I enjoyed some muffins with whipped butter, my friend inhaled his pancakes.

A great place to stay

Pros: the room was comfy and clean, breakfast was tasty and plentiful and a novel pancake maker, and location was central to the activities great spot

Cons: the pancake maker had some issues but was interesting, It rained but the good thing is they had some covered parking

This place is super convenient, clean and comfy, and there is an elevator!

Pros: It was easy inconvenient to get to my room. There’s an elevator. The room was comfortable.

Value For Money

Pros: Privacy, location. Clean bathroom. Friendliness of staff especially house keeping and food and beverage. Close proximity of shops. Clean pool. Wide selection of items offered at Continental Breakfast. The breakfast room was clean, organized and friendly staff. Clean coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in room.

Cons: The air conditioner was musty and dirty. Had to clean exterior and vent to prevent debris from circulating. (Need to cleaned after each checkout. Lacks preventative maintenance) Lamp shades need to be replaced (tattered/soiled). Remove/replace tape on face basin plumbing fixture. Bedroom carpet needs to be deep cleaned to remove heavy soil and stains. Replace lounge chairs at poolside. Both were broken. Tables and chairs on the pool deck need cleaning.

Pros: Great value. Price is low. Some breakfast included. Convenient location on the way to Tahoe from the valley. Fairly clean. Large room.

Cons: Only continental breakfast was served. That would be fine, except when we reserve the room the listing clearly stated American breakfast / buffet. Listing should be changed to properly reflect that. Some small stains on sheets. And pillows are lumpy and old. Despite these drawbacks I'm sure I'll pick it next time again.

Pros: The location of the room, the staff and the bathrooms

Cons: Entered the room and it had a smell like they just finished cleaning the rug.
