Great spot to enjoy the bars, restaurants, beaches of South Lake Tahoe

Pros: Great location for downtown South Lake Tahoe. Contactless check in worked fine - the email with gate codes arrived around an hour before check in time (4pm) but went into my spam folder - so keep an eye on this as well!

Cons: Room was small for US standards - but as Europeans it was fine for us.

I would definitely stay again. The manager John went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: The location was excellent. We put our ski gear on and walked to the gondola. After skiing is was also a quick walk to the lake. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Nice property will be back

Pros: It was a quiet property. It was very nice and a cozy room with my new wife. The location was very close to everything food attractions, etc.. being included hot plate, and accessories for meals was a very nice touch to the whole thing plus a refrigerator and freezer

Pros: We love the place, everything is good, location is good except that they give us the wrong code for the door.

Cons: Make sure to give the right code for the door.

We had a pleasant stay. Beautiful area!

Pros: Great location -walkability to restaurants shopping and recreation. Our suite was updated, clean, comfortable and quiet. Access to the beach was a nice perk.

Cons: No complaints.

The location and amenities are great for extended stays.

Pros: Our room came with 2 separate bedrooms and a full sofa-sleeper spacious for the 6 of us. The second bathroom was a bonus for sure, since we were constantly having to attend soccer tournaments. The private gated parking was perfect since there were multiple hotels in the area and the casino one block up. We knew we would always have a parking space no matter how late we returned to the hotel. Fireplaces in every room for individual comfort. The welcome snack tray was a nice touch.

Cons: The back right side of the recliner looked broken. I took a photo of it upon arrival. However I did not notice that one of the drinking glasses seating on the counter next to the sink had a crack. I scratched my finger on it when I was washing the glasses by hand since the dishwasher would not turn on although it was pulled in and all the selection lights worked. I placed the cracked glass on the window ledge so you could examine it.

Cozy and convenient

Pros: Great spot. Great value. One of the few gated places to stay. Felt very secure. Minutes walk from Gondola, Casinos, beach and plenty of food- shopping.

Cons: None.

Had a great time at the Gondola Lodge

Pros: Location was great. Small kitchen helped. I used the pool and spa. Plenty of parking during our stay.

Cons: Spa tub deep. Had trouble getting in and out of it. Bed was against the wall so hard for second person to get out.

Peaceful, family friendly, spacious and would love to come again.

Pros: Great customer service, friendly staff. Very accommodating when it comes to unpredicted complaints. Very spacious, activities included within some units (varies upon each unit). Comfortable restrooms with bathtub/jaccuzi (depending on units). Loved the beds!! Very comfortable and soft bed sheets and pillows !!!! Yes yes yes Heated pool with outside spa. Very quiet and peaceful environment, great for families on vacation.

Cons: We came during the summer and the heat on the upper floor seeped through some rooms that weren’t provided with portable AC. Although the booking says AC provided, it was not specified as to how it would be distributed, and that some rooms did not have AC unit. Other than that everything was wonderful, some amenities could use a little touch up and repair such as the billiards/dart board, but everything was running and well, and staff were very responsive to needs.

PERFECT LOCATION

Pros: the location and size of the house was amazing! the beach access was wonderful! it was clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

Cons: no A/C but it was not needed since the evenings are perfect for having your windows open. Screens on the windows would have been nice. The booking was confusing and it was hard to understand exactly what we were booking.
