Great place to stay.

Pros: Clean, comfy bed. Everything we needed for “kitchen stuff” and toiletries.

Cons: Everything was good. We had an issue with the hot water and they fixed it really quickly.

Great value!

Pros: Nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds and great shower (loved the pressure!). Location is good, with some restaurant options nearby and a supermarket for some groceries. Check-in went fine. Netflix available on the TV. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Walls between the rooms are thin. You can hear your neighbors conversation.

Pros: Stayed here for the weekend to go snowboarding with my fiance. We got in late so contactless check in was perfect us. We had a little difficulty with the door code in the morning but the staff was responsive and also let us know they are working on fixing it. Room had a roku tv so we were able to log into our accounts and watch our shows after a long day on the slopes. Close to restaurants, clean room, didn't hear our neighbors. We will be staying here again!

Cons: As mentioned above, the door code had some difficulty but the staff were aware and able to help us remotely.

Pros: If you are traveling with your furry friend, Playpark lodge is the best place. The facilities are exactly as described and they go above and beyond to make your and your dogs life easy. One of the best pet policies of any hotel/accommodation we have stayed at.
