Very pleasant!!

Pros: Very nice staff, nice restaurant inside the property… room amenities are great and the hot /cold outdoor pools are great too and open till late. If you have no self transport to the Alpine/ Palisades there is the Tart - free transport to and from the slops!!

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful correcting an issue with the room I had booked.

Cons: The rooms showing in website are deceiving, they look a little bigger than what they actually are.

Pros: A great accommodation experience! The seven of us booked two apartment suites. The apartment is very tidy, the things are very complete, and it is very convenient to eat with plates and knives. It's great to have a balcony. The room is very tidy and comfortable. The heating is warm. It's very close to the scenic spot we are going to.

Pros: As some point out the hotel might not be the most up to date or flashy but it really surpassed my expectations by a mile. I’ve been to a lot of 3* and 4* hotels in the US and it had by far the best breakfast I ever got in the states in a hotel with a good variation and a lot of freshly made food and fruits. The heated outdoor pool and sauna were nice, the gym was totally worth a visit. We had food in the pub which was also very nice. And all of the staff members were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely love to comeback for snow season someday.

Pros: Praktisch en functioneel ingericht; wel gedateerd vwb inrichting.

Cons: Vloerbedekking ziet er vaak en versleten uit. Dit geeft een minder verzorgde indruk dan nodig. Televisie heeft geen internetmogelijkheden tbv streaming of casting.

peaceful getaway

Pros: Our studio, which had its own front porch, looked out at peaceful surroundings, and having a kitchen was great. The staff were very nice, from the front desk to the dining room. The bed was comfortable, and they gave us plenty of towels.

Cons: The electric stove was challenging, and the place was a little dated. The light at night came through the shades, like it was sunrise all night, so I had a hard time sleeping. The poor restaurant staff were undertrained and understaffed. The food was terrible, except for the salad ( which was build your own). To their credit, they gave us a discount because we could not eat our food.

Pros: The natural setting and hiking trails around the perimeter of the property.

Cons: No air conditioner in the room.
