Pretty good as usual.

Pros: We went for our 11th wedding anniversary. As usual it was a nice get away.

Cons: Strangely enough, we didnt win a thing on pokies at all. All our usual machines just didnt pay a thing. Everytime we go there we play the same machines and always come back with something. It was as if the return to player percentage had been lowered. Just an observation. We never go to win just to have fun.

great location and views! perfect cheap hotel if you just need a place to crash

Pros: great location, great views, comfy beds, casino right downstairs

Cons: air con was very old and noisy and i think it made me sick as was very ill on our second night but you can never be sure what it’s from

The games rooms were a real highlight — well-equipped and fun, providing plenty of options to relax, compete, and enjoy some downtime between activities. Overall, the mix of entertainment and amenities made the stay both enjoyable and memorable

A little, more cozy Vegas

Pros: I loved that it felt like a little Vegas! The hotel provides easy access to the casinos, yet the rooms are well separated from the bustle, so you get the best of both worlds. The room was very cozy, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The valet service was excellent—no need to worry about parking your car. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurant options nearby.

Cons: Nothing - all good!

Pros: Lady at the check in was super friendly, though looked tired - we checked in at 3am

Cons: Room snelled like cigarette butt

Pros: We were very happy with the room, it was modern, spacious and comfortable with a nice view

Cons: The hotel is huge, it takes some time to get to your room There was some noise from other guests and outside

Cons: I didn’t use all of the facilities, but everything I needed was more than enough. I had no complaints at all. When the coffee machine wasn’t working, it was quickly replaced. Any problems are solved right away, and the staff truly enjoy their work. That makes the stay even better. My sincere thanks and respect to the whole team

Cons: Nothing to complain about. My stay was very comfortable for last minute booking and the early check in was not bad. I do think the early check in cost should be deleted when the room is ready and no one has to rush.

Pros: The many options to eat in, an the opportunity to have fun on site

Cons: The wait at the elevator, I know it was a busy weekend in Reno , so I know that contributes to the delay ..

Acceptable

Pros: The good location in the middle of the town. The wonderful view of my room and The gym was good

Cons: Just a little dirty the blankets and sheets, and there isn't water to drink in the room
