Great location, comfortable rooms and great value during the week.

Pros: Very large and comfortable room with two queen-size beds. Great location in the heart of Reno. Lots of shopping and dining options both in and near the hotel.

Cons: The television is a bit tricky and inconvenient to work, but that‘s a minor issue.

Pros: In the heart of downtown Reno. Looks old but room is pretty OK. Spacious and comfortable. Free parking. They asked me if I prefered a room closer to the elevator or not, which is very rare and useful

Cons: Bathroom appliances are a bit old.

The El Doroado met my expections. Meals were very good

Pros: Staff efficient and helpful. Assisted with an early check in. A nice view and good value on a weekday.

Cons: Rooms, furnishings and bed showing age. Time for a thorough update.

It was enjoyable…I’ve always like the Eldorado…Several family members and friends have stayed there

Pros: The location was fine….We didn’t have to leave the hotel because of the connections to Silver Legacy and Circus-Circus

Cons: We upgraded to get a better view…It was disappointing

Fancy, pricey, but nice!

Pros: I missed the breakfast. But having experience to do so, this time I was prepared - I bought food in advance in the nearest food shop. Prices were decent, and selection wide. Thanks.

Cons: I'd suggest more flexible payments plans for playing in the casinos . Right now plenty of them are available on TV platforms (Roku, Fire TV, TiVo, Android). Would be nice if you and we ( the customers of yours), at least start talking about it.

My stay was perfect.

Pros: Everything went well. I was able to check in early and upgrade my room. I was awesome. I had a Polaris Razor I was picking up and had a long trailer. So even though I wasn't supposed to park in the hated area the bussing staff allowed it so all my belongings were safe and secure. Thank you

Cons: I did get a warning ticket but the bussing staff told us we could park there and when we mentioned it to them they just told us to disregard
