Great hotel for transit, very clean and comfortable!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room was large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little more healthy, typical of US chains. We stayed here for one night on our way home to Idaho, would be a great alternative to staying in Reno, great price! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Cons: Not much to do near by, other than that a great stay.

Extremely relaxing and comfortable

Pros: Oh my goodness I absolutely love my room. It was nice and big. The bathroom was very convenient for me since I’ve had back surgery having a handicap shower with a chair just really made my stay very comfortable. The rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable and I felt really relaxed. Thank you for making my stay here. Wonderful. We definitely will be back if we come in differently again, no other place I wanna stay but here thank you for the kindness and the great facility.

Cons: Nothing negative to say about this property. I do wish it had a hot tub spa since my husband sits in our hot tub every day really helps with his body pain. The pool was way too cold for someone that has body aches. maybe in the future you’ll put a spa pull in

Pros: Friendly staff. Easy access off freeway. Quiet location.

Cons: The first room they gave me the lights on the wall next to the bed did not work, so they gave me a different room. The second room was mostly clean, but there were a few old stains in the dark carpet and the bathroom had a musty smell from the shower. The tub area needed scrubbing to get rid of black spots and the shower curtain needed changed. It had an oder. Their coffee tasted terrible.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Pros: Das Hotel liegt gleich an der Interstate - sehr gut ausgestattet, super nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück mit leckeren Waffeln und Muffins. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstücksbüffet war besonders aufmerksamen hat alles sehr sauber gehalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gute 5 Minuten entfernt

Cons: Wir schlafen gern mit offenem Fenster - aufgrund der Bahngleise und der vielen und sehr langen Züge war das hier nicht möglich.

Will stay here again on our our next Fernley visit

Pros: Breakfast was fresh with a variety of cereals and baked goods, waffles, fresh fruit, scrambled and boiled eggs, beverages, bacon or sausage, etc. Our room was clean, large and comfortabl and included a perfect matress, linens and a choice of pillows.

Cons: We requested a quiet room and were initially assigned a room at the north end of the hotel, next to the railroad tracks. After a small conversation with the check-in staff, we were assigned a room away from the railroad.
