Nice, small local motel, well run, by caring owners.

Pros: A well run basic motel. Perfect place to be center for a local adventure vacation. Owners very attentive and helpful.

Basic but very clean accommodation. A perfect overnight stop on our road trip.

Pros: Our family room was basic but clean accommodation with on site parking, laundry facilities and a pool, and walking distance to a shop, cafes and restaurants - perfect for an overnight stay on our road trip.

Cons: The reception staff were efficient but not the most friendly or welcoming!

Pros: Great location and a short, safe stroll from the restaurants and bars (Seasons restaurant & Jakes Saloon 👏👏) Clean room, comfy large bed and friendly owner

Cons: No jug to boil water. Standard in a similar Aussie motel

Lone pine

Pros: I love this little motel. It's old but the towels are so soft (I've literally never had softer towels in all the places I've stayed) The pool was great for the kids & it's a great staying point for heading into death valley & towards las vegas

Very pleasant, a convenient one-night stop

Pros: Our front door was in a dark corner and uninviting but the room was a good size and in fact the only one with a window view of Mt. Whitney! Comfortable bed and well -equipped. Not aware of road noise from main highway outside. Liked this place for it's location, loads of food outlets in walking distance and right next door to the Western Movie Museum which is a must-do.

Cons: For a 2-star motel it was great
