We had a nice stay

Pros: We stayed for a night on the way to the Death Valley and Las Vegas. It’s a nice and clean motel with very friendly staff. Situated right on the main road. We had a nice, quiet room. We would stay here again. The surrounding mountains (Alabama Hills) are really beautiful. Fun fact: literally hundreds of (Western) movies were shot in the area, they even have a film museum.

Wonderful

Pros: I always enjoy my stays at Dow Villa. Conveniently located, the hotel is nestled between several great restaurants with a variety of foods, including a coffee bar and bakery. The room is always spotless wirh excellent water pressure and plenty of towels The staff goes out of their way to always be kind and helpful.

Wonderful!

Pros: I've stayed at this hotel for years. It never disappoints. The check-in experience was wonderful. The young lady at the desk is an excellent example of knowledge and professionalism infused with a kindly personal touch - such a sweetheart. Can't wait to go back!! Someone put a lot of love into these rooms. The room decor is warm and inviting with many amenities. Water and pressure is excellent.The room servers are amazing with their special touches. Thank you for caring!!

Well placed quiet motel

Pros: We stopped here to visit the film museum and see the filming locations in the Alabama Hills. This was perfectly located for both, plenty of food places nearby, helpful staff.

Cons: Pool could have been a little warmer!

the new motel at Dow Villa

Pros: We have stayed at Dow Villa a number of times over the last 30 years but usually stayed in the older hotel section, the hotel is quite adequate but this motel is quite newer and more room facilities, the pool area is well maintained and plenty sun loungers all in all an excellent stay,
