Pros: Great comfortable room, heating was fantastic, washer and dryer excellent addition. Staff were great communicators

I was there for 3.5 weeks. The view and location was perfect

Pros: The location was amazing The cleaning staff was kind

Cons: The contactless thing is awful All the bot automated text were awful My room overlooked what used to be a lobby, and I would watch every person go to the door to check in then be let down that there is no hospitality staff.

Cons: Bit surprising was no staff at reception and full self check-in process incl online deposit 100 usd transfered online. Deposit must be transfered prior arrival otherwise no room access code provided. Check out just send message you are leaving , let cleaning team know, and close the door

Comfortable

Pros: Location was great, space was comfortable and clean. Nice coffee set up in room.

Cons: The picture makes it seem cozy, but it wasn’t really cozy, more utilitarian - nothing wrong with the hotel, just not what I’d envisioned based on picture! The pool was a bit chilly for swimming.
