Spacious apartment in the mountain

Pros: Excellent value for money considering it was basically a whole apartment in the mountains overlooking the valley with two balconies. Usable fireplace in living area a nice cozy touch whilst watching TV. Full private kitchen facilities. Rooftop spa nice and hot. The room took our breath away.

Cons: Self check in done remotely through reception TV via a video call with a person, was a little frustrating since the keys stopped working multiple times and we were flustered after driving all day. Unclear instructions on how to utilise available facilities at a neighbouring resort and we were unable to use them. Room and reception area took a while to find initially.

Pros: the hot tub and fire place and the full kitchen space to be used.

Cons: the hot water went off, and we had to shower in cold water.

Pros: I really liked experience here. The view from the room is amazing. Unfortunately, the hot tube works only by 9 pm( and it was really interesting check in with host on the line.

Pros: Location, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, amazing spa units, beautiful views, spacious, felt like home away from home

Cons: Lots of stairs to get to the lowest level, not handy for bbq - no onsite swimming pools

Great stay, Great views, the hot tub was perfect, Sofa bed is not a viable sleeping option.

Pros: The place was cute and was at a great location. It was exactly looking for our group. The Hot tub was great. However, one was out of order.

Cons: The staff are all off site.. Meaning if there is a malfunction (which there was), it's a bit frustrating. Their printers were not working properly, so I had to help them trouble shoot for a parking permit. Their wifi password would not work at all, but I just opted to use wifi instead. The sofa bed is useless. Old spring mattresses and I slept on the floor instead of the sofa bed. If you don't love your kids or have friends who are late to committing to the stay, then the sofabed is their punishment.

Nice location with fully equipped family room

Pros: Good location. Close to the lift. Big family 2-bedroom room with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice view from the property

Cons: The sign for the Frond Desk location should be up on the street, and not down the stairs. It was hard to find the direction.

Pros: My family and me loved the place! It’s comfortable and pretty cool! There is no doubt that we will return!

Pros: This is our second stay at this location. It never fails to please. Thank you all for making our stay comfortable and memorable!

Pros: Well, the staff was very accommodating. The facilities and room were more than adequate. It was a seamless stay on our way to another destination in Nevada with exceptional facilities. The room was very nice, but a bit weathered. It's really a ski resort and very close to skilifts at Heavenly. Real nice access to South Lake Tahoe.
