Best Western Topaz Lake Inn

Overall excellent choice

Pros: super comfy bed! very good breakfast. spacious rooms and everything was very clean. staff was polite and allowed us to check in after midnight.

Cons: room was very cold upon arrival - we called ahead and let the staff know the time of our arrival but the room was not pre-heated. blankets were super thin and no extra blankets were to be found in the room. First night there we were quite cold as the heater in the room took about several hours to heat the room. only 1 sausage patty per person.

Pros: Hôtel d’étape sur le trajet. Il est propre mais un peu cher tout de même.

Cons: Espace de restauration qui se situe dans le lobby et qui n’a que 4 tables.

Would stay again.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Had a great experience with the Best Western Lake Topaz. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful and let me check in early when I arrived. The room was very clean, large, comfortable and VERY nice. Room a great view of the lake and the mountains.

Good hotel, with great a great view of Topaz Lake

Pros: It's a nice and clean hotel. I stayed there overnight during my motorcycle trip. A casino is within walking distance, where you can have dinner and gamble your money away.

Cons: There needs to be some sort of sign showing how to get to the hotel. It took me a couple of tries to find the entrance, which is hidden on a steep downhill road after you pass the hotel.

A great quiet place to reset & unwind after dealing with many stressful health & work issues all last year!

Pros: It was beautiful & quiet, a perfect place to reset & unwind!! The breakfast, which was included in room price was surprisingly full of so many yummy options & delicious, the toiletries - shampoo & conditioner was amazing, even for my very long , easily tangled hair it did a great job! And I had the best pulled pork sandwich of my entire life!!! The only thing that we were disappointed about was the hot tub was closed for the season & that wasn’t stated in the hotel facilities & amenities section on booking.com, but other than that it was absolutely wonderful!!!!

We would definately stay here again even though a small bit high priced for unit.

Pros: Room very spacious, clean and quiet. Looked new inside and excellent clean carpet. Heater was a little noisy (loose part) and bedding needs upgrading (pillows round and hard). Breakfast was really excellent. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons: Cleanliness, large bedroom and bathroom, staff and breakfast.

Pros: Location overlooking the lake. When I woke up before dawn, I went out to the patio area at the end of the parking lot, and looked at the stars, and then watched the sun come up. Photos attached below of the night sky over the lake, and of the sun coming up.

Cons: Lobby locked and no coffee for quite a while in the morning. When I woke up before dawn, I needed a place to sit outside my room that I was sharing; the lobby was locked until past 6 am; I don’t know when the lobby finally opened. With so much square footage, it would be nice to have a place to sit while the lobby is locked up.
